Rules for using Bikini TryOn.

Effective October 15, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Bikini TryOn. By using the app you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 years old. The app asks you to confirm that before you continue. If you are under 18, do not use Bikini TryOn.

What the app does

Bikini TryOn creates an AI image that previews a bikini on a photo you provide. You can choose a suit from the catalog, upload a suit photo, or describe an edit in a prompt. Previews are generated images. They are not a photograph of you wearing that item, and they do not promise fit, color, or appearance in real life.

Your photos and prompts

You keep ownership of the photos and text you submit. You give us permission to host them and send them to the processors named in the privacy policy, only so we can create, store, and show you the result.

You confirm that:

Every person in a photo you upload is an adult, 18 or older.
The photo is of you, or you have that adult’s permission to use it in this app.
You have the right to upload the bikini image when you supply one.
Your prompt does not ask for anything illegal, or for a sexual image of anyone who has not agreed, or of anyone under 18.

Do not upload a photo of a minor, even if the minor is clothed, and do not ask the app to depict a minor. We may refuse a generation, remove content, and block further use when a request breaks these rules.

Credits

Each preview uses credits. The app shows your balance. Credits can be added by watching a rewarded ad or by an active subscription. The number of credits for an ad or a subscription period is shown in the app and can change. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are used when a generation starts.

Subscriptions and ads

The optional subscription is sold and billed by Google Play. The price, trial, and renewal terms are shown by Google Play before you confirm. The subscription renews until you cancel it in Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google’s refund rules. Rewarded ads are provided by AppLovin. If an ad is not available, the ad credit is not added.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app if you are under 18, or upload anyone under 18.
Create or share a sexual or intimate image of a person without their permission.
Use the result to impersonate, harass, or deceive someone.
Break the law, or try to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
Resell credits or present an AI preview as an unedited photograph of a real fitting.

The app and the results

We own the app, its catalog images, and its branding. You may use a preview you created for your own personal use, including saving it and sharing it, as long as you follow these terms. You may not use the catalog or the app itself to build a competing service.

Generations can fail, look wrong, or take time. A failed generation may return the credit. We do not promise that every request will succeed or that a result will match the suit or the prompt exactly.

Stopping use

You can stop using the app at any time and cancel a subscription in Google Play. We can suspend access if you break these terms, if we must do so to comply with law, or if the service is discontinued. Sections that should survive, including acceptable use, disclaimers, and liability, still apply.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or a result you or someone else relied on. Our total liability for a claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after that date, you accept the updated terms.
